ONLINE CLASSES RUNNING SUCCESSFULLY FROM MAY 2020
Kshitij Centre of Yog & Ayurved have started their online Yog Classes for students from May 2020. We have started Regular, Medical & Prenatal batches.
The classes are conducted on zoom. It is expected that students will download the zoom app.

Details of the classes.
Current Batches: Mon to Fri
Morning: 6.30am – 7.30am (Fitness)
Morning: 8am – 9am (Beginners & Medical)
Morning: 10.30am – 11.30am (Fitness)
Morning: 10.30am – 11.30pm (Medical)
Afternoon: 2.30pm - 3.30 pm (Mon-Thu)
Evening: 5pm – 6pm (Fitness)
Evening: 6.15pm – 7.15pm (Medical)
Fees:
Rs.1800 for a month for Indian students plus Rs.200 registration charges for new students.
Rs.2200 for a month for NRI's & Foreign students plus Rs.200 registration charges for new students.
Prenatal Batches:
These sessions are conducted under the guidance of Dr. Kshitija Jujam on Demand

We are geared to conduct Personalized Yog sessions for Fitness / Medical & Prenatal. Time can be determined as per mutual availability of teacher and participant. Get in touch with us to book your online personal session with us.

People who are suffering with any kind of neck pain,back pain, frozen shoulder,vertigo, Knee pain, High blood pressure,heart disease, anaemia, body weakness, breathing problems, senior citizens, should be added strictly in medical batch.
