I joined Kshitija Madam in 2002 after my first delvery. I was suffering from post delivery problems like back
ache, bad shoulder, depression and weakness. Yoga helped me to come back to normal. Since then I have made yoga and pranayam a part of my life. I feel a vaccum if I do not practise yoga . Yoga brings back all my energy whenever I feel low. Its like a 'life' factor for me and it also relaxes my mind and body.
