moize bharmalI had joined yoga at YMCA 2 yrs back. I have a habit of doing some exercise like jogging and swimming. But I had lower back

pain for the last few years. At last I joined yoga and for the past 2 yrs, I have no pain. By doing yoga, I get so much energy to do my work at my shop because I have job which requires me to stand the whole day. My health is fit and fine after joining yoga.
