makbul rajaNamaste yoga friends I am Makbul Raja age 70 from Bengaluru I have R arthritis and when I joined I had stiff neck and frozen shoulders it was so bad that I could not

brush my teeth, several days I slept in the chair, many thanks to Dr Kshitija and team that now I am 70% better, resumed my normal activities, I strongly recommend to continue practice of yoga every day, there are no quick results must do it regularly. Wish everyone a happy and healthy new year

Yog is ‘Darshan’ i.e. a way of life. It has all social, physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects to improve our life. Practice of yog gives us tremendous energy to fight & face all difficult situations in life caused due to our erratic life style, work pattern, hereditary factors, pollution etc. It protects us from many diseases & increases our immunity.
