I Jyoti Vaze age 69 , started online Yoga around a year ago after personally witnessing the great effect the support and guidance on Vijaya my dear friend had from Kshitij Team .

I have been suffering from too much cough and asthma for last four years. The Yoga along with Ayurvedic treatment from Dr Kshitija has made a huge difference from about last two/ three months.

The one on one vigilance and guidance by Indrayani mam , Geeta Mam has not only redused the frequency of my cough but has also helped me to be trimmer,😀. Ek pe ek free Thanks a lot Dr Kshitija for building a great Institute and equally great Teachers . Wishing all a great Yoga experience.,🙏🙏
