Tabassum Saify
I am Tabassum Saify living in Bhopal. I am 56 years old I always wanted to learn Yoga.The pandemic gave me the opportunity.
I joined the Kshitij centre for Yog n Ayurved in September. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions
On 1st October I was tested positive for covid my symptoms were very mild.Probably because of my yoga training (the breathing exercises).
During my quarantine period too I continued with the classes and that helped me recover speedily.Even all the minor pains in my knee lower back and elbow have gone.
The constant motivation and dedication of Indrayani ma'am and Geeta ma'am are highly appreciable.And yes they are easily accessible and always ready to guide. Thank you very much. I am happier and healthier 🙏
