Power Yoga

This is intense practice of asanas which increases the student’s strength, stamina, flexibility. Sometimes they are normal asanas practiced in a different manner. From regular asanas one can then move on to advanced asanas. This also accelerates your body metabolism thus resulting in weight loss.

FAQ- Who can go for power yoga? Patients and beginners are strictly not allowed to do Power Yoga. When you have been practicing regular Yoga for at least 3 to 6 months then, having observed your physical health status, your teacher can suggest you to go for Power Yoga.
