saroj thadaniI have had the opportunity to learn the benefits of yoga under the guidance of an experienced and qualified teacher, Dr Kshitija

since August 2001. Now with Advancing age & degenerative changes setting in , I go slow and easy but exercise regularly.

By stretching, bending, twisting, tightening, holding our bodies in different poses, we have learnt not only how to loosen our limbs but also how to loosen our minds.

Relaxing my body in difficult asanas has indirectly taught me to be comfortable in difficult situations in life.

The instructors are very friendly & approachable and they explain & guide us very well.

I am truly proud to be a member of this group.
